By downloading, installing, or using Outtakes Photo Cleaner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is provided by Outtakes Labs ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Outtakes Photo Cleaner is a photo management application designed to help users organize, review, and manage photos stored on their iOS devices. The App provides tools to identify duplicates, view photos by various categories, resize images, and facilitate the deletion process. The App also includes Outtakes Vault, a private storage feature for photos.

3. Photo Deletion Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: When you delete photos using Outtakes, the photos are NOT permanently deleted immediately. Deleted photos are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album in your iOS Photos app, where they remain for up to 30 days.

Outtakes Labs is not responsible for any photos that remain on your device after using the App's deletion features. The permanent deletion of photos is solely controlled by Apple's iOS operating system, not by this App.

We strongly recommend reviewing the "Recently Deleted" folder in your Photos app if you need to recover any accidentally deleted photos or if you want to permanently free up storage space.

4. Outtakes Vault

Outtakes Vault is a private storage feature that allows users to store photos separately from their main Photo Library. By using the Vault, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Vault is designed for privacy, not backup. We strongly recommend keeping important photos in your regular Photo Library where they can be backed up to iCloud.

OUTTAKES LABS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PHOTOS STORED IN THE VAULT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS DUE TO APP DELETION, DEVICE RESET, FORGOTTEN PASSCODE, OR ANY OTHER REASON.

5. Statistics and Information

All statistics, counts, file sizes, and other information displayed within the App are provided for reference purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, these figures may not precisely match those shown in Apple's Photos app or iOS Settings due to differences in calculation methods, iCloud synchronization status, or system-level photo management.

Outtakes Labs makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of any statistics or information displayed in the App.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions ("Outtakes Pro") that unlock additional features including ad-free experience, Outtakes Vault, and Image Resize. Subscription terms:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTTAKES LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
