At Outtakes Labs, we believe your photos are deeply personal. Outtakes Photo Cleaner is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, upload, store, or have any access to your photos or personal data.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Your photos or images - never uploaded, never accessed remotely
• Your photo library metadata
• Your Vault photos or passcode
• Your contacts or personal information
• Your location data
• Your browsing history
• Any personally identifiable information

Everything happens locally on your device. Your photos never leave your iPhone.

Photo Library Access

Outtakes requires access to your photo library solely to display and help you manage your photos locally on your device. This access is used to:

• Display your photos within the App
• Calculate statistics about your photo library
• Identify potential duplicate photos
• Facilitate the deletion process
• Allow you to add photos to Outtakes Vault

All processing occurs entirely on your device. No photos or data are transmitted to any external servers.

Outtakes Vault Privacy

Outtakes Vault provides a private, password-protected space for storing photos. Regarding Vault privacy:

• Vault photos are stored locally on your device only
• Vault photos are encrypted and protected by your passcode
• We have ZERO access to your Vault photos or passcode
• Vault photos are NOT uploaded to any server or cloud service
• Vault photos are NOT backed up to iCloud
• Even Outtakes Labs cannot recover your Vault photos or passcode

Your Vault is completely private and accessible only to you.

Camera Access

If you choose to use the camera feature within Outtakes Vault, the App requires camera access. Photos taken through the App:

• Are saved directly to Outtakes Vault
• Are NOT saved to your regular Photo Library (unless you choose to)
• Are NOT uploaded anywhere
• Remain completely private on your device

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics data to improve the App's performance and user experience. This data:

• Contains no personally identifiable information
• Cannot be used to identify individual users
• Does not include any photo content or metadata
• Does not include any Vault information
• Is limited to basic usage patterns and crash reports

Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

• Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases
• Apple's PhotoKit for photo library access
• Apple's LocalAuthentication for Face ID/Touch ID

These services are governed by Apple's privacy policies. We do not share any personal data with other third parties.

Advertising

The free version of the App may display advertisements. Ad providers may collect anonymous device information for ad targeting. You can remove all advertisements by subscribing to Outtakes Pro.

We do not share your photos or personal information with advertisers.

Data Storage

Outtakes does not maintain external servers or databases that store your information. Any preferences, settings, or Vault photos are stored locally on your device and are not accessible to us.

Vault photos are stored in the App's private container and are automatically deleted if you uninstall the App.

Children's Privacy

Outtakes is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
